Online Returns

Online purchases can be returned in-store or online provided they meet our returns policy. Purchases made in-store need to be returned in-store, see in-store returns.

Returns Process

  1. Head to Easy Exchanges & Returns and select "Click here to create a UPS Returns Label".
  2. Provide your details and we'll contact you by email with further details. 

Important Information

  1. We are unable to offer an exchange via our online store, if you are after an exchange we recommend heading into store to make your return. If you can’t get to a store but you really want another item, we recommend you place a second order to make sure you don’t miss out and send back the original item via the post which will be refunded when received
  2. Shipping costs can’t be refunded if there are other items listed on the original invoice that you aren't returning. 
  3. Free online returns are available for USA domestic orders only.
  4. Your personal information will be used according to our Privacy Policy to process your refund or return.
